The Student Pool is an opportunity for a pool of students, no matter course, campus or background, to be recruited to be an integral part of University committees, projects and focus groups.

Students are partners in the University’s journey to enhance and enrich its policies, processes and reputational identity.

Aside from the benefit to the University and accruing knowledge to support future student experience, there is considerable personal development for those students involved.

The skills used and developed can support you in future recruitment processes and will serve you well as your career progresses. Students will be involved in feeding back on projects and committees that concern priorities within the sector.

This includes and is not limited to:

  • the current cost of living crisis
  • concessions and disciplinary policies
  • emerging generative technologies
  • academic conduct, library and study skills provisions
  • assessment and teaching policy frameworks

The scheme is operationally directed by the Student Voice Co-ordinator in partnership with the University.

This is a paid  role. For more information contact StudentPool@law.ac.uk.
